Hi All I am rebuilding my straightcut gearbox after replacing the synchros. I have two problems. Firstly by the time I have put on the front cover.
Description:Sep 9, The most I've ever encountered in the tail housing location is 0. Put the housing on without any shimming and see if the problem continues. Front covers rarely take more than 0. The input shaft and main shaft bearings have different ID thicknesses. Has a mainshaft bearing been inadvertently placed on the input shaft?
